Welcome to "Little Bibi", a beautiful flat located on the 1st and last floor of a small residence. Ideally located close to shops and restaurants. You will be delighted to discover that the famous Côte des Basques beach is only 500 metres away and that the town centre can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot. This 50 m2 flat offers all the comfort you need to feel at home.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a coffee table, 2 armchairs and a storage unit. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, a ceramic hob, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and crockery.
There is also a terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs, as well as a parasol to protect you from the sun on sunny days.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin, and there is also a separate toilet.
The two bedrooms are comfortable, with one room having a king-size bed and the other having two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed. Each room has a wardrobe or chest of drawers to store your belongings.

The flat is also equipped with a high-speed Wifi Internet connection (Free fibre optic), a washing machine, and an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

• End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

Located behind the Côte des Basques, this neighbourhood was originally a popular area inhabited by locals. In recent years, it has become the most sought after area.
- Downtown Biarritz: about 10-15 minutes walk.
- Shops and restaurants: There are several shops, restaurants and cafes in the area.
- Biarritz Market: Located just a few steps from the flat, this is a must for lovers of fresh local produce. You can buy fruit, vegetables, fish, cheese and other regional products to immerse yourself in the local culture.
- Mazon Park: Mazon Park, a small green park, is a pleasant place to relax, play sports or have an outdoor picnic.

Getting around

• Public transport: you can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
• Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15-20 euros during the day.
• Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car in the parking space provided. Or, you can park in and around the street. It is recommended that you check the signs to avoid any parking violations.

Included Services: We provide linens and towels, as well as a welcome kit upon your arrival. Additionally, professional cleaning at the end of each stay is provided to ensure a pristine experience for the next guests.
Local Hosts: As locals, we are well-informed about local events. If there are festivities or events happening during your stay, we'll be happy to introduce you to them.
Disadvantages:

No Elevator: Please note that Little Bibi is only accessible on the 1st floor via stairs as there is no elevator.
Dated Common Areas: Unfortunately, the common spaces in the building are not under our control. Although they may not reflect the same level of modernity as our accommodation, we strive to ensure quality and comfort within our apartment.
Proximity to Shops: While this is an advantage for convenience, it can also be perceived as a disadvantage by some. The apartment is located directly above a very good restaurant. On hot days, it's possible that the restaurant's entrance door remains open, and when it's particularly busy, this can result in some noise. This may potentially disturb those who are very sensitive to sound.

• Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
• For your check-in: you will be met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.
