    Positive: La decoración, la cocina y la terraza son los puntos fuertes de este alojamiento. Había café y un detalle de almendras, se agradece. Negative: No estaba tan limpio como esperaba. Poco papel higiénico teniendo en cuenta los días y la cantidad de personas que éramos.

    Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hatte ausreichend Platz und sehr viel Stauraum. Besonders toll war die Dachterrasse die wir dank des guten Wetters jeden Tag nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb eines Restaurants, daher war es abends etwas lauter, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man nichts gehört und die Restaurants hatten auch nicht jeden Tag geöffnet, was aber auch an der Nebensaison gelegen haben könnte. Ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker, Restaurants und der Strand Côte de Basque sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zentrum ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, aber auch gut mit dem kleinen kostenlosen Elektrobus zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ebenfalls in der Nähe der Wohnung gegenüber vom Bäcker. Die Wohnung kann ich absolut empfehlen, der Hausflur könnte allerdings mal renoviert werden.

  17. Highly recommend (2 of us, 2 nights, September 2023)

    Positive: (2 nights, 2 people, in September). Loved the open layout of apartment. Comfy beds, as well as pillows. Quiet neighborhood. Had all the kitchen amenities, including e-Kettle pot. Also Nespresso machine. Stovetop is induction. Salt n pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Washing machine. Iron and iron board. Huge bathroom, with a diffuser hairdryer and soaps. Gave us 4 large towels, 4 hand towels. Fantastic patio with shade umbrella. Fun living room seating options: couch, chairs, bean bag. Smart TV. Had one snorkel mask, one kid shovel for sand. Thank you for the standing fan. Loved opening all windows and a cool ocean breeze comes in. Carrefour grocery within a minute walk north of apartment. Reusable grocery bag provided. Negative: Nothing, all was awesome! Added awesomeness would be: a couple of beach towels.

    Small, cosy apartment in a perfect location of Biarritz. Beautiful design, had all the appliances we needed. Check in and check out is a bit complicated (although it says self check-in/checkout is possible, you still have to announce time of arrival and meet the hosts at their desired times - thankfully we could avoid this!). Another small thing to note is that the pan for the induction oven, we eventually found another, but it was super sticky. All in all - we had a great time, would recommend.

    Positive: Aufteilung, Ausstattung ( Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe, Spülmaschine & Nespresso Kaffemaschine) und vor allem die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand und in das Zentrum. Ein sehr feines Restaurant ist direkt nebenan. Supermarkt, Bäckerei auch in direkter Nähe. Ein sehr schönes Appartment, empfehlenswert !!! Negative: Wir waren rundum zufrieden

  26. Nice apartment in a perfect location

    We did spend 1 week at Little Bibi beginning of May and enjoyed every moment of it. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, a decently equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and an outdoor terrace (but with a view facing the street). Nice staff who welcomed us at the apartment on arrival and when leaving. There is a great bakery as well as a grocery store (Franprix) within 100 m. Perfectly situated close to the beach and it takes ~15 min walking to the old center and the market. There is also a private indoor parking (no extra charge). We can warmly recommend this place!

    Bilan mitigé. Les + : l’appartement est sympa, propre et bien situé. Les couchages sont confortables. La petite terrasse agréable et l’accès au centre ville peut se faire à pieds. En basse saison les places de parking devant l’appartement sont accessibles. Les - : un hôte très peu (voir pas du tout) réactif aux messages. Nous avons dû passer par l’assistance airbnb pour pouvoir accéder au logement car aucune réponse de leur part. Une place de parking certes dans un endroit couvert mais avec une porte de garage principale constamment ouverte et donc ouverte à n’importe qui. Nous avons eu plusieurs soucis de coupure de courant, le soir. Pas de conteneur à poubelles, malgré ce qui est indiqué, ni de produits lave vaisselles. Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes, moyennant un supplément. La cinquième personne a du manger debout (que 4 chaises), et fouiller dans l’appartement à la recherche de draps et couvertures. Moyen…

    Positive: Die Lage war super, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Negative: Ein paar kleine Reparaturen sollten in der Wohnung gemacht werden: der Sonnenschirmständer, die Kommode im Schlafzimmer, die Kurbel für Rollo… Im Schlafräumen wäre gut wenn die Fenster Mückennetz hätten und es fehlen Ablagen (Nachttische) neben dem Bett. Ein größerer Sonnenschirm wäre gut. Das Treppenhaus ist renovierungsbedürftig.

    Positive: The flat itself was clean, but very warm without air conditioning if is sunny day is impossible to sleep. Negative: The entrance and the floor of building was so dirty and smell was very bad and was really unpleasant to walk every day in and out in the stinky entrance:( dirtiest i saw in years. Just terrible. Windows on the terrace cant be closed and we had to leave everything with open windows in first floor. Garage is 400meters away is nothing to do with flat & terrace is to street side not taken care off. Sorry but building as well not nice :(.

    Pequeño apartamento muy bien distribuido y equipado en el barrio de Bibi, perfecto para una pareja o una pareja con hijos. Está muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Biarritz a pie. En el barrio de Bibi hay buenos restaurantes y tiene un Carrefour en la esquina. No faltan plazas de aparcamiento justo debajo (Junio) y en temporada alta se puede hacer uso del parking privado. La empresa que lo gestiona es muy atenta y flexible, se agradece de verdad, incluso nos proporcionaron un aire acondicionado portátil en plena ola de calor sahariano. El único punto negativo es que está situado en un calle con mucho tráfico, fuera de la época de calor seguramente no te darías ni cuenta porque las ventanas son buenas y aíslan bien, pero con las ventanas abiertas si eres sensible al ruido lo notarás seguro.

So many great restaurants that are steps away as well as the grocery store just down the street. The host was very responsive and so helpful before and throughout our trip! Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

    This apartment was a lovely place to stay. The open plan space made it easy to socialise and kitchen had everything to make a lovely meal. Nice outside space to eat. Everything just worked. Clean, tidy and the communication with Homies was excellent. Great location, carrefour a few minutes away for fresh orange juice and variety of food and close to beach and bars. The garage was a real bonus, to park and store surf boards. Would definitely recommend.

    + L'emplacement, l'appartement, la décoration, le calme, la terrasse... Très joli, très lumineux et très agréable. Quartier très sympatique. - L'entrée de l'immeuble et l'accès à l'appartement TRÈS sale et mal entretenu / Dans l'appartement le ménage n'était pas au top (de nombreux cheveux par terre, le plat du four qui collait, la terrasse...), mais surtout, le plus grand inconvénient était l'absence de TV et par temps de pluie elle nous a manquée (c'est vrai que c'était marqué sur l'annonce, mais pas assez explicitement) On a demandé de louer une télé mais l'agence a montré peu d'intérêt et nous oint dit qu'ils ne disposaient pas de télé (peu croyable sachant qu'il s'agit d'une grande agence)
