Welcome to this lovely 50 m² flat, situated on the 2nd floor (no lift) in a quiet block in the Chélitz / Saint-Martin neighbourhood. Self-check-in via a key box.
Bright and cosy, it offers a comfortable space for up to 4 people. Its location allows you to easily enjoy the neighbourhood’s shops and amenities, whilst the town centre and the Grande Plage are just a 15-minute walk away.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, the flat comprises:
🛏️ Two bedrooms:
a master bedroom with a double bed;
a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed according to your preference.
🛁 A bathroom with a shower. Towels are provided.
🍳 A fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your meals. Coffee and tea are also provided to get your stay off to a good start.
🛋️ A spacious and bright living room, ideal for relaxing and spending time together.
🌿 A small balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.
🚻 A separate toilet for added comfort.

To make your stay more comfortable, a number of services are included:
🫧 Welcome amenities: soap, shampoo, toilet paper and essential toiletries are available on arrival.
🧺 Bed linen and towels: the beds are made up for your arrival. Bath towels and bath mats are also provided. The linen is cleaned and sanitised by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
🧹 End-of-stay cleaning: after you leave, our cleaning team will carry out a surface clean to prepare the flat for the next guests.

The flat is situated in the Chélitz / Saint-Martin neighbourhood, on a quiet street close to the town centre.
You’ll find several shops and amenities nearby: restaurants, shops, a chemist’s and a mini-market just a short walk from the flat.

Transport
The property does not have private parking.
Parking is available on the street or in neighbouring streets. We recommend that you check the road signs and parking regulations carefully when you arrive.
🚌 Free N11 shuttle bus: this serves the town centre and the lighthouse. The bus stop is less than 100 metres from the accommodation. Timetables and routes are available from the Txik Txak network.
🚕 Taxi: a convenient way to get to the SNCF station or the airport, amongst other places. Allow around 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic.

2nd floor, no lift: the flat is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift.
Parking: the property does not have private parking. Free parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Once your booking has been confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organise your arrival.
A member of our team can meet you on arrival upon request between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm. Otherwise, you’ll be arriving independently.
🕙 Your departure
The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest.
Please respect the departure time so that our team can prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
