Discover the beauty of simplicity at "PALMA", the flat that offers you an authentic Biarritz holiday experience. Nestled in the heart of the city, this flat is ideally located to explore the treasures of Biarritz and its surroundings. Please note that the flat is located above a restaurant, which may cause some noise pollution.

As you walk through the front door, you will immediately be charmed by the chic sobriety of the decoration. The living room, bathed in light, invites you to relax on a comfortable sofa that converts into a 130 x 190 cm bed, perfect for resting after a day of exploring the region.

The dining area, with its dining table for 4 people, is ideal for convivial moments around a good meal or a family breakfast. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner. With a small fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and full set of crockery, you will have everything you need to cook like at home.

The bedroom, with its large double bed, is very comfortable. And if you are travelling with friends or family, the bed can be divided into 2 single beds to meet your specific needs.

Finally, the bathroom with its shower and toilet completes this simple and functional flat, which offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in Biarritz.

This simple, yet elegant flat is the perfect choice for a memorable stay.

Services included for this stay include:

Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

Located in the heart of Biarritz, it is a 5-minute walk from the beach and waterfront, offering easy access to water activities and the oceanfront promenade.
There are many amenities such as local shops, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. There are also schools, pharmacies and health services nearby to meet the daily needs of residents.
The neighbourhood also offers easy access to several green spaces, including the Biarritz Public Garden, which is a pleasant place to stroll.
The neighbourhood is well served by public transport, with nearby bus stops providing easy access to other parts of Biarritz and the surrounding area.

Getting around

Taxi: a quick option to get to Biarritz airport and train station. The cost of a taxi can vary depending on the time of day, traffic and prevailing rates, but you can expect to pay around 15-20 euros.
Bus: there are public buses to Biarritz airport and the station, as well as to various points in the city. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
Car: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or in the vicinity. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid parking violations.

Here is the information regarding booking requirements and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
For your check-in, there are two options: Either you will be welcomed by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be asked. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm. Or, an arrival in autonomy, a procedure will be sent to you the day of your arrival.

Homies Holidays invites you to take note of the house rules which are automatically accepted at the confirmation of the reservation to avoid any misunderstanding.

I do not recommend this place and agency. We had accessibility issue as the beep stop working. The agency does not have the right beep and they count only on the broken entrance door. During our stay the door was fixed by the neighbors and we got stuck outside. They did not propose us a good solution (expect moving to another apartment which was much more far and less comfortable and no compensation/partial refund ) and tried to find workarounds with the door and did not succeed during the day and I ended up to find alternatives directly with Airbnb . My full day of vacations was ruined. As I was solving the problem from morning till late night. Eventually had to find another Airbnb which was a super challenge end of August before weekends , the prices are ultra high in Biarritz So if you do not want to end up in such a situation, do not book with this agency

Beautiful place situated just a few minutes away from the beach! The place had all facilities needed, dishwasher, washing machine kitchen! The town is beautiful. Surrounded my restaurants everywhere. All within walking distance :)

Great comms, clean, perfect location, quiet, great design, good wifi, good quality kitchen equipment and pans etc. nice touch having basic cooking ingredients ie oil, salt and pepper. Good to have plenty of washing bits too. Only downside is having to pay €1,000 in advance as well as the full rental for 5 days. The apartment in general needs a little touching up with paint here and there as there are plenty of marks on the walls, doors and surrounds. Shower curtain also needs replacing as is ripped along the top. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Logement grand et jolie décoration.. facilité pour prendre le logement La salle de bain qui est vraiment vétuste et limite ( moisissure, joint noir de vétusté, Bref, pas au standing ni en rapport avec le prix & le reste de l'appartement ( d'ailleurs il n'y a pas de photo de la salle de bain sur le descriptif :=) PAs de chauffage dans l'appartement, nous avons eu très froid : le mini chauffage d'appoint n'est absolument pas adapté à la surface de l'appartement.

L'appartement loué est très bien placé dans le centre de Biarritz, et très proche de la plage centrale. L'appartement est propre à l'exception de la salle de bain qui est a rafraichir. ne serait-ce que les joints de la douche ... tellement noirs qu'on n'ose pas y mettre les pieds... Situé dans un immeuble ancien, l'isolation phonique est inexistante. L'appartement se situe au dessus d'un restaurant avec un velux donnant dans les cuisines et juste en face des fenêtres de la chambre, et qui plus est, le velux est situé dans la cour centrale ce qui provoque une caisse de résonnance. Combinez les bruits des casseroles, la bonne humeur des cuisines et la hôte d'extraction et vous obtenez des nuits mouvementés, du moins jusqu'à minuit. Paires de boules Quies indispensables.

Appartement lumineux et calme, à l'exception du bruit du voisinage à toute heure. Très bon emplacement. Nécessite quelques travaux d'embellissement, notamment dans la salle de bain, très vétuste. Idem pour le radiateur qui fuit, pour lequel une personne devait passer (nous sommes restés sans nouvelles après avoir signalé le problème).

Appartement très bien placé, à 2 pas de la grande plage. Déco contemporaine, appartement lumineux, salon, chambre et cuisine spacieux. Malheureusement, une salle de bain minuscule et en état très moyen, toilettes devant la sortie de douche, pas d'accroche de pomme de douche. Quant au frigo dans la cuisine, c'est une blague ! 40 cm de haut, vous trouverez mieux dans une caravane ;-) Très bonne isolation de l'extérieur, mauvaise avec l'appartement du dessus. Une bonne expérience cependant, mais cet appartement nécessite quelques améliorations.

L'appartement est bien rénové, avec goût, toutefois il y a un gros souci d'odeurs dans l'entrée qui se diffusent dans l'appartement. C'est un peu dommage mais je suppose que l'agence n'y est pour rien. Cela gâche un peu le séjour. Pour le reste tout était ok.
