Welcome to this beautiful, modern and uncluttered villa in Biarritz! This rare rental offers a contemporary architecture, ideal for an unforgettable holiday.
With a surface area of 180 m2, this spacious villa is perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor, a bright living room is perfect for relaxing. You will find a master suite with a double bed, giving access to the outside terrace. In addition, a separate toilet is also available on this floor.

The outdoor area is simply beautiful. A dining table and a plancha will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals in all conviviality. The outdoor heated swimming pool (mid-May to end of October) is secured by an electric roller shutter, ensuring the safety of children.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with a double Queen size bed, a storage cupboard and a flat screen television. Each of these rooms has access to the first floor terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet and an office area.

The villa also has a basement garage where you can store your bikes, surfboards and other equipment during your stay. A laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine is also available on this floor.

In terms of facilities, there is a flat screen TV in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, American fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, fresh coffee machine, kettle, juicer and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, as well as an ironing board, iron, Dyson hoover and hairdryer in each bathroom. Of course, Wi-Fi internet access is available to keep you connected during your stay.

The villa does not have air conditioning, but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other necessities).
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

The Villa is located in a quiet and desirable residential area of the city. It is an ideal location to enjoy both the tranquility and proximity to the main attractions of Biarritz.

The area is characterised by its tree-lined streets and elegant houses. The surrounding architecture is varied, with a combination of traditional Basque villas and more modern buildings. You will be a 25-minute walk from the city centre, where you can explore its lively streets, shops, restaurants and cafes. You can also enjoy the lively atmosphere of the seafront, the beach and the water activities.
If you prefer to travel by car, it is only 5 minutes to the city centre.

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

Public transport: You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15-20 euros during the day.
Parking: It is recommended to check the signs to avoid any parking violations.

Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
For your check-in: you will be met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.

Beautiful Home. Extremely clean and organized. Communication was great! The house doesn’t have air conditioner, there are portable fans in every room. The outdoor patio is great for dinner with family or friends. Parking inside the garage was tricky. Our rental car was a mid size SUV, and once we got inside it was hard to back out of the garage, we ended up just parking on the street. If you get a small car, you’ll have an easier time. Overall, the service, communication and location was great. Thank you for all your help and support.

Julie, Pierre and the team at Homie Holidays couldn’t have been more helpful. Even when our arrival time kept changing due to travel issues, or when we asked for some pool towels, they went out of their way to be as helpful as possible with prompt and useful communication. The villa itself is great with comfortable bedrooms, a spacious kitchen area, and a pool to relax by. Gates and shutters make you and the property feel safe and secure too. Guests should not worry whether this is too far from town, as the bus is around the corner and very easy. In conclusion - a fantastic place with wonderful hosts!

Beautiful, well-designed & spotlessly clean! The location is about a 30 min walk from the centre of Biarritz (but we decided that the pool was worth the walk). Only negative is that it doesn’t have air-con (and we visited during the heatwave!). The communication was great, the team were super responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

We had a great time at this house. Everything was lovely, super clean, comfortable beds. Although the pool was supposed to be “heated” it was a bloody cold but as the weather wasn’t good for our stay so it didn’t matter. The house was a little far away from the main city centre and we needed a bus to get there, but it was a short ride and frequent busses. All In all a lovely stay and I would recommend the house to anyone with a family (our kids is almost 6, younger kids might struggle with stairs)

The kitchen had everything we needed to entertain at home - electric hob/Siemens oven & microwave, double fridge, and plenty of pots/pans/etc. We had a lot of fun hanging out by the pool too. The local bakery, supermarket and wine shop were within walking distance and the bus to head into town or Anglet was a few minutes from the house….you can easily stay at this home and do a non-car holiday in Biarritz. Our hosts (Nikol and Pierre) were wonderful! Super easy to get hold of and couldn’t do enough for us

Amazing villa. We stayed for four nights in May for my wife's birthday. The pool was excellent for us and our 20 month old daughter. The villa is really spacious and was the perfect temperature at all times thanks to the great air conditioning. It's around a 30 minute walk into Biarritz or a 40 minute walk to Anglet beach. Getting the bus and walking is definitely easier than driving everywhere.

Maison très spacieuse et lumineuse. Propreté irréprochable. L'accueil des hôtes est top et l'équipement est nickel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme décrit sur l'annonce et les photos sont complètement à la hauteur de la vérité. Il faut juste être un bon conducteur et avoir une voiture haute pour rentrer dans le garage.

Fantastic place to stay, spacious, clean and great pool. We went with another family and would definitely go back. Lots of lovely little touches which showed that thought had gone into the design. Very helpful hosts, provided high chairs, taxi etc. Bit of a walk to central biarritz especially with kids but there is a free shuttle bus nearby which is very regular. Would definitely recommend 😀

Absolute amazing home! Beautifully decorated and bigger than the photos. We were 7 adults and never felt cramped. The kitchen had everything we needed to entertain at home - electric hob/Siemens oven & microwave, double fridge, and plenty of pots/pans/etc. We had a lot of fun hanging out by the pool too. The local bakery, supermarket and wine shop were within walking distance and the bus to head into town or Anglet was a few minutes from the house….you can easily stay at this home and do a non-car holiday in Biarritz.
