Contemporary Villa with swimming pool in Biarritz

The space

Its architecture, both modern and refined, is rare in Biarritz itself, an opportunity not to be missed!

You will be close to the city center and the beach (20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car).

This 180 m² amazing villa was built in 2015. It is composed of the following:

On the ground floor:

-A sitting-room a corner sofa in leather, flat screen TV + BOSE sound system
-A dinning area which seats 8 people.
-A US fully equipped open kitchen which gives onto the dinning area.
-A parental suite with a double Queen size bed, cupboards and a bathroom with shower, towel dryer, double bassin.
The bedroom has direct access to an outdoor terrace.
-Separate toilet
-Outdoor eating area with BBQ facilities
-Heated outdoor pool*. A safety cover to prevent any incident with children.

*The pool is only heated from mid may to end of october.

1st floor:

-3 bedrooms all equipped with double Queen size beds, cupboard space and Full HD flat screen TV. All bedrooms have access to the upstairs terrace.
-A bathroom with a bath, shower and double bassin
-Separate toilet
-An office area

Garage:

Our villa also has a garage where you can park up to 3 cars, stock bicycles, surf boards or anything else you may need.
There's a laundry area with a washing and drying machine.
Please note, the entrance to our garage is fairly narrow, it slopes down 30°,so any low cars could hit the bottom, but that's not a problem as there's also free parking around the house.

Equipments :

-We are baby friendly: we can provide a baby cot on demand and depending on availability, a high chair and our stairs have a safety barrier.
-Each bedroom has it's own TV.
-Fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, pots, pans, fresh coffee grinder machine, american fridge, micro-wave, toaster, oven, kettle and dish washer.
-Washing machine + Drying machine
-Iron + ironing board
-Vacuum cleaner
-Hair dryer in each bathroom
-WI FI

Services include :

• Beds made for your arrival -Linen (sheets ,towels, bath mats and kitchen towels). Please note we do not provide beach towels, remember to bring them with you. -Welcome package to start you off: Oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, kitchen roll, washing-up tablets, toilet paper, washing powder. -End of stay cleaning

Optional service:
Private Concierge – Free yourself from time. Don't worry about anything anymore and call our private concierge service.
Available 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, your personal assistant will offer you an answer and solution to all your wishes, needs or unforeseen events. Payment service and on request.

The neighborhood

A residential area while remaining in Biarritz close to everything. The closest amenities are those of the Aguilera district or the Braou, which is quite close. You can easily reach the city center via Avenue de Verdun or Marne and Bayonne and Anglet via Le Bab.

Getting around

-The fastest option is the taxi (about 15 minutes from Biarritz SNCF train station or the airport). Prices go around 15/20 euros per trip.
-There is a possibility to take a bus. We invite you to visit the Chronoplus website for precise information about the timetables.
-Parking: There are parking spaces on the street. Upon arrival, we will indicate the paid places on the streets, free and paid private parking.

Other things to note

Once the reservation is confirmed, the agency of Homies Holidays and its team will contact you to organize your stay.

We currently offer 2 options to check-in:
- Welcome by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm.
(A supplement of 30 euros is required for any entry with a host after 7pm, beyond 9pm, 50 euros).

• Self check-in (arrival at any time from 4pm): your entrance will be autonomous, we will send you the instructions to have access to your accommodation on the day of your arrival. Pets are allowed in the accommodation only with prior approval and subject to a supplement (20 euros per night).

We inform you that any request for a special bed configuration (separate bed) can be accepted no later than 48 hours before your arrival.

There is no A/C in the house.
