Welcome to Sixties 64, a modern and eclectically decorated flat with a sixties vibe, decorated by the owner himself. The flat is located on the 4th floor of a residence on 8 floors.
Ideally located only 10 minutes walk from the centre and beach, restaurants and shops, this comfortable and spacious flat is perfect for couples, small families and friends.

Want to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city? You can either enjoy the living room with its large sofa and 2 armchairs, pellet stove, connected TV and Wi-Fi connection or the balcony with a clear view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and a dining table for 4 people.

The Sixties 64 flat offers the comfort of two bedrooms with Queen size bed, a shower room, a separate toilet (Japanese style).

There is also a bike room in the condo.

Services included:

Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and other necessities).
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

The neighborhood

The flat is located in the Chelitz / St. Martin district, close to the city centre, in a quiet street. The street is close to several shops and services, such as restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, etc. There is a mini-market in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

You can also enjoy the Grande Plage, which is a 15-minute walk away. In short, a pleasant area of Biarritz.

Getting around

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

Free shuttle N11: This free shuttle serves the city centre and the Lighthouse. The stop is only 93 meters from your starting point, making it very convenient. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is about 15-20 euros during the day.
Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid parking violations.

Positive: 地方舒適，位置很好。 Negative: 使用屋內指引不清，暗藏陷阱，令人容易誤入。好像我使用爐具時，爐中心設有一個占爐面 20%的抽煙口，但屋主並沒有事先告訴住客知煑食時，爐具很容易便碰到抽氣口邊，而且容易受熱即熔，所以爐具很容易一不小心就碰到抽氣口便熔爛，還要我負全責賠償，這都全是我的責任嗎？我便是受害者，賠了110歐元，一片膠要110歐元，真是懷疑他們這手法帶有欺騙成份，我絕對不會介紹給其他住客，還要告誡他們要小心

El apartamento en general esta muy bien, solo le faltaba aire acondicionado o al menos algunos ventiladores y le falta una mesa de desayunar, almorzar y cenar. La cocina y el baño muy bien equipados. La recepción de la persona que nos recibió fue muy buena, pero en la salida se olvidaron de venir a la hora señalada y tuvimos que llamar para que vengan a revisar el Depto.

Positive: Limpieza excelente, la cocina y los baños súper equipados. Todo en perfecto estado. Que tenga parking en la urbanización es una gran ventaja. Excelente trato Negative: Las almohadas son muy bajitas y no son cómodas aunque el colchón es excelente. Los sofás del salón no son muy cómodos y se quedan un tanto escasos para que 4 adultos puedan estar confortables en el salón

The apartment has a nice position. That’s all I can say. In the sheets there were body hair but more important the apartment was unusable since they used solvent to paint the walls recently and you couldn’t properly breathe or sleep, beyond being seriously harmful for your personal health (when we arrived all the windows were opened so you couldn’t really realize). In the confrontation, they looked the other way as if these are just little mistakes that can happen. In conclusion, wait a month and bring your own sheets.

El apartamento está bien situado, 15 min caminando hasta el centro y es una ventaja que se pueda aparcar en la urbanización Muy buen equipado, cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar Limpieza excelente Como inconveniente solo decir que el sofá no es cómodo y es pequeño más teniendo en cuenta que éramos 4 personas y las almohadas son pequeñas y no excesivamente cómodas, pero aún así es una gran elección

Très beau logement, rénové récemment, spacieux, moderne et propre. Le stationnement proche et privé est un gros plus et comme déjà discuté avec l’hôte, il ne manquait qu’un micro ondes et une plus grande table. Très beau séjour, je recommande.

In the sheets there were body hair but more important the apartment was unusable since they used solvent to paint the walls recently and you couldn’t properly breathe or sleep, beyond being seriously harmful for your personal health (when we arrived all the windows were opened so you couldn’t really realize). Positive: Great, quick response och good communication from the hosts. Clean and fresh apartment, nice new kitchen. All good! But the best thing was, without a shadow of a doubt, the Japanese toilet. A fully equipped Japanese toilet with background lights, sounds and spray, all operated with a remote control. We only stayed for two night so we never figured out all the different options, but if I am in Biarritz again, Ill be back! Negative: There could have been one more cosy sofa in the apartment.
