In the living area you'll find a double sofa bed, where you can relax and watch the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower and WC.

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).

- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

The city centre is full of activities. Enjoy the beach. On the way up from the beach, you can stop at Les Halles for a cocktail in a tapas atmosphere. The free shuttle bus to the city centre is really very practical, serving the whole of the city centre. Discover the must-sees: the Palais des Festivals, the Jardin Public, the Bellevue Plage, the Côte des Basques, the old port with the famous Virgin Rock, the villas and historic monuments, the Hôtel du Palais, the Miramar etc... You'll need some time to get to know and appreciate the city centre, it's so rich!
Getting around
If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:
- Public transport: you can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 15 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport. The fare for this distance is around €20 during the day.
- Parking: In town, you can park on the streets and in numerous underground car parks. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid any parking offences.

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:
- Once your booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You will be met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
