    Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de Biarritz. Parfait pour 2 personnes. Bonne insonorisation mais la rue est très passante, donc l’appartement deviens bruyant si on est obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres en cas de forte chaleur.

    En plein coeur du centre ville, ce logement permet d'avoir commerces et plage à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Logement idéal pour deux, cosy mais aux équipements sommaires (une clim' serait agréable lors des fortes chaleurs).

    + The best thing about the place is the location and very nice and helpful hosts! They were always there when we needed. We had plenty of towels, all the necessary accessories for the bathroom. - There was way too hot in the apartment during high temperature outside. Unfo, there were insects in the place and it has ruined the experience. If not that - the place is nice.

    The apartment is fabulously situated right in the centre of the town and 5 minutes from the beach. Slightly smaller than the photos showed but accurately described. We had a small issue with a tricky fold out bed but the response to our problem was dealt with quickly and patiently .

    Sehr schönes Appartment an perfekter Lage! Sehr sauber. Da die Temperaturen bei unserem Aufenthalt etwas kalt waren, konnten wir mit einem Ofen heizen. Das Meer, Restaurants und Cafés in nächster Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

    Very good location, just in the centre and near the beach. Nice window with the possibility to lay and enjoy view to busy street. Check-in was very easy, we arrived earlier and were let into the apartment 4 hours before formal check-in time. There were everything in the apartment that you would need to spend few days in wonderful Biarritz.

    El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación. La limpieza sin embargo fue pésima, armarios con baldas sucias, menaje de cocina con restos de comida, basura debajo de la cama y en el baño (botella de plástico usada, bastoncillos de oido, ropa interior...), esto estropeó bastante nuestra estancia. Por otro lado me hubiera gustado que respondieran mi mensaje solicitando consejos en Biarritz y se me hubiera comunicado el modo de entrada con más antelación, tuvimos que llamar por teléfono a las 4 menos 5 de la tarde.

    Appartement très bien situé et bien aménagé. Un peu serré pour 4 mais ça se passe quand même bien. Lits confortables. L’équipe Homies communique bien et les instructions sont claires et précises. Point négatifs : l’appartement n’est pas très propre (ménage superficiel). Nous avons par exemple du refaire la vaisselle et avons croisé un cafard. Prévoir aussi le check out tôt (10 heures), malheureusement sans possibilité de rallonger. Rapport qualité prix pas très bon, mais un bon séjour malgré tout! Ps : attention pour les « grands » le lit est sur une mezzanine très bas de plafond.
