Description
Villa California is a beautiful contemporary villa that is both elegant and refined in Biarritz itself.
This 170 m2 villa includes:
On the ground floor:
- a living room with a corner sofa, a large Full-HD flat screen TV + sound system;
- a dining area with a dining table for 8 people;
- a fully equipped US kitchen opening onto the living room and the dining area;
- a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a shared bathroom with the other bedroom with shower, towel dryer, washbasin. Closet in each bedroom. The bedroom gives access to the outdoor terrace.
- a second bedroom with a double bed 180 or 2 single beds of 90 and its shared bathroom with the other bedroom.
- a separate WC;
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- a terrace with outdoor dining table and plancha + garden furniture.
- a heated outdoor swimming pool (not all year round) and secure (we are equipped with an electric roller shutter submerged in case a child falls).
1st floor :
- 2 bedrooms all equipped with a 180 double bed and the other with a 140 bed, storage cupboard.
- a bathroom with bath, shower and a double washbasin.
- a dressing room

- We are baby friendly: we can provide you with an umbrella bed, a high chair and a baby bath.

Services included:
- Welcome products, the necessary to start your stay.
- We provide sheets (beds made for arrival) and towels (towels and bath mats) and are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry Homies Eco pressing. Beach towels are not provided.
- End of stay surface cleaning.
Optional service:
Private Concierge - Free yourself of time and mind. Do not worry about anything and call on our private concierge service.
Available 7 days a week and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., your personal assistant will offer you an answer and solution to all your desires, needs or unforeseen events. Paid service and on request.
Neighbourhood Description
The villa is in a residential area between the railway station and Arcangues in a green setting and close to the ocean!
Moving around
The quickest option is the taxi about 10 minutes from Biarritz SNCF Station or the airport. Count about 15 euros for the day trip.
The villa also includes a garage. You will have the possibility to store your bicycles, surfboards and everything you want during your stay.
On the parking side, you can park a car in the garage and a second car in front of the garage.
Other things to note
Once the reservation has been confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organize your stay.
We currently offer 2 options to check-in:
- Welcome by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. (A supplement of 30 euros is requested for any entry with a host after 7 p.m., beyond 9 p.m., 50 euros),
Where
- Self check-in (arrival at any time from 4 p.m.): your entry will be independent, we will send you the instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
We inform you that any request for a special bed configuration (separate bed) can be accepted no later than 48 hours before your arrival.
We thank you for reading our rules of procedure in order to avoid any misunderstanding. This is automatically accepted upon booking confirmation.
For information, we will ask you for a deposit via the SWIKLY platform.
The villa does not have air conditioning.
Note: Travelers will have access to the entire villa except for the pool equipment room and a condan room in the first floor.
From July to August, pool maintenance. a technician can enter the accommodation. We will let you know.
For information, a gardener takes care of the villa and he may be present during your stay during the maintenance.
The house is equipped with home automation and an active alarm system only in the absence of any occupant.
